  • For hands-free dial-in, add the OUCU Phone Banking number to your contacts.
  • When entering a dollar amount, enter dollars and cents as one continuous number. (enter $50.25 as 5025)
  • To confirm a successful transaction, do not disconnect until the system responds, “successfully processed.”
  • Say “Main Menu” or press 0 to return to the main menu options.
  • Say “Representative” or press 6 to be transferred to OUCU eBranch Call Center during business hours. (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
