We’re removing the drive-thru tubes and installing new drive-up video teller ITMs. For video teller service at Shafer St., touch the screen, then tap ‘help’ in the bottom left corner. An OUCU teller will appear onscreen to assist you. No debit card is needed to use the video teller! Video teller hours are M-F, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sat., 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. To use it as an ATM 24/7, insert your debit card to begin.
Video teller ITMs are located in the E. State & Shafer parking lots, Shafer drive-thru lanes, The Plains, W. Union and Logan. All of those locations offer teller service, as well as Saturday hours!
